Virtual Annual Meeting will be held on Monday, May 13, 2024 at 4:00pm
Consistent with last year, the Board of Directors has determined that the 2024 annual meeting will once again be held over the web in a virtual meeting format only. You will not be able to attend the annual meeting in person.
The Board of Directors has fixed the close of business on March 14, 2024 as the record date for determining the holders of the common stock entitled to vote at the virtual annual meeting.
The proxy statement and other meeting materials were mailed to stockholders on or about April 5, 2024. The proxy statement includes instructions for joining this meeting.
