What types of Internet browsers can I use to access my accounts online?
We recommend one of the following supported browsers:
|Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) - (current and prior major releases only)|
|Firefox - (current and prior major releases only)|
|Google Chrome - (current release only)|
|Safari - (current release only) Not supported: Safari 5.1.4 or 5.1.5. If you absolutely must use these older versions, you will need to use the following workaround, each time you login: After login, click the refresh button (on the browser toolbar) to re-load the screen.|
|Note: Other browsers may function but are not listed above as "recommended."|
Effective November 13, 2012, the current and prior major releases of Internet Explorer (IE), and Firefox are supported. Each time a new version is released, support will cease on the third-oldest major version.
What if I am not using one of the supported browsers?
You may experience issues with Online Banking or be denied access. If this occurs, please download one of the browsers listed and attempt the action again.
Can I use a Beta version of one of the browsers above?
We do not recommend using a Beta version of any browser. When new versions of browsers are fully tested and deemed compatible with the Online Banking product, they will be updated on the supported browsers list.
The following types of tools and/or access are not recommended and may impact your Online Banking experience:
- Accessing account via an embedded browser such as Personal or Commercial Financial Management Software (Quicken, Quickbooks, etc.)
- Browser Bars within AOL, Yahoo, Google, etc…
- Internet Portal access within gaming systems such as Xbox
- Use of browser Add-Ins (Emoticons, FunWeb Services, etc..)
