    *Account Disclosure Information

    There is a monthly service charge of $6 and a $0.35 debit fee for each debit transaction to your account after the first 50 per statement period, and there is a $1.40 credit fee for each credit transaction to your account after the first 15 per statement period. The Bank reserves the right to convert this account to Business Account Analysis if activity, volume and special services warrants.
